Is HiNOTE Free to Download?
Yes. HiNOTE is free to download in the App Store. There are some paid collections but the majority of the app is free to use (for now).
What Can I Create and Send With HiNOTE?
With HiNOTE, you can send digital birthday cards, thank-you notes, invitations, greetings, holiday cards, photo frames, reminders, and everyday greetings. Everything is designed to be fast, fun, and stylish.
Do Recipients Need the HiNOTE App to View My Message?
No. Your HiNOTE will appear as an image in whatever platform you are using to send. Recipients do not need to download the app or create an account whether reading a message or responding to an invitation requesting RSVPs.

HiNOTEs are delivered instantly. Open the app, select a design, add your message, and tap send. HiNOTE is built for quick, meaningful gestures.
Can I Send Thank-You Notes by Text?
Yes. HiNOTE allows you to create polished thank-you notes and send them through text, WhatsApp, email, or any platform. According to our textiquette expert, Mrs. T, a thoughtfully worded digital thank you note is appropriate for most occasions.
Does HiNOTE Offer Holiday Cards and Photo Greetings?
Yes. HiNOTE has customizable holiday cards, greetings, invitations, and photo frames for Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's, and most seasonal celebrations. Check back often, new cards are added every week!
Can I Add Photos to HiNOTE Designs?
Many templates support photo uploads, there is a dedicated section in the app called Photo Frames. Tap the image placeholder to add a photo from your camera roll.

Invitations & RSVP Tracking
Can I Send Invitations by Text Message?
Yes. HiNOTE lets you create invitations you can send instantly via text, email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or any platform. Any HiNOTE can become an invitation by tapping Add in the top right corner, then tapping 'Add Invite Functionality' and following the steps.
How Does RSVP Tracking Work on HiNOTE?
Any HiNOTE can become an invitation by tapping Add in the top right corner, then tapping 'Add Invite Functionality' and following the steps. When you send a HiNOTE invitation, guests tap the RSVP button to respond Yes, No or Maybe — no download required. Their responses update instantly in your event dashboard.
What Types of Events Can I Invite People To?
HiNOTE loves gatherings of any size. Birthdays, dinners, girls' nights, baby showers, holiday parties, sporting, school or work events — anything you want to feel special and get noticed.
Can Guests RSVP Without Downloading the App?
Yes. Guests can RSVP through by tapping the link in your invitation. No downloading required. Although they will be asked to answer basic questions in order for their response to be confirmed.
How Do I Edit or Update My Event Details After Sending?
Your event dashboard lets you update date, time, location, or description. You can choose to notify your guests (or not) after making changes. Changes appear automatically for guests when they reopen the link.
Do you notify my guests about the event?
Yes, if your guest has replied Yes or Maybe we will send push notifications to them in the days before the event, reminding them of the details and providing a link to the invitation.
Personalization & Sending
How Do I Customize a HiNOTE Message?
Tap into any design and select the red pencil icon(s). Edit the text, photo areas, names, or dates. Note templates also allow you to adjust your colors and fonts.
How Do I Personalize a HiNOTE Message?
When you sign up for the app, you will be asked a few questions about your preferences and your name/initials. Once you submit that information, your name or initials will automagically appear on all HiNOTEs. You can edit this by selecting the red pencil icon on any note to change this.
Can I Save a HiNOTE to My Camera Roll?
Yes. When you are finished with your design, tap 'Send' in the top right corner and then select 'Save Image' - your HiNOTE will be exported as an image and saved to your camera roll for posting or sharing.
Can I Send My HiNOTE on Snap, Instagram or WhatsApp?
Yes. After designing your note, tap 'Send' in the top right corner and then select your preferred platform from the share options.
How Do I Reuse a Design I've Already Sent?
Go to your profile section (bottom right corner of the app, icon of a person). Open your Sent Notes and either send again as is or personalize it again, and send. Also, you can favorite any note by tapping the heart icon in the top right corner of the app. You can also find your favorites in your profile section.
Can I Create My Own Custom HiNOTE Collection?
Individual users cannot create their own collections yet, but brands can commission private collections through our business program.

What Features Come With the Free Version of HiNOTE?
HiNOTE is free to download. It includes thousands of cards, invitations, photo frames, greetings, and full sending functionality (including RSVP). You can send your HiNOTEs on any platform.
What Do I Get With HiNOTE Premium?
Premium unlocks exclusive designs, seasonal collections and early access to new features.
Can I Cancel My Subscription Anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a paid subscription through your Apple ID settings. You'll keep access until the end of the billing cycle. If you no longer wish to use the free version of the app, you can delete it from your device.
Is Message Scheduling Available?
You can schedule a text message using the Apple functionality. First, save your HiNOTE to your camera roll, then create your text message, attaching the HiNOTE you just saved. Hit the + button on the bottom left of your text and scroll to Send Later. Select date and time for sending your message.
How Does HiNOTE Protect My Privacy?
We take privacy very seriously, we do not sell your data. Messages open through secure links, and recipients only see what you send — nothing else. We have created HiNOTE to be sent from any of your platforms so the recipient is receiving the note directly from your account, not ours reducing the perception of spam.
How is HiNOTE different from Partiful, Paperless Post, Evite or Minted?
HiNOTE consolidates communication into a one-stop shop, replacing fragmented tools (card stores, Canva, Paperless Post, Instagram, etc.). Ours is a high-frequency use case (hellos, birthdays, invites, holiday greetings, and reminders) vs. low-frequency occasion-only tools. We are mobile first offering seamless cross-channel distribution across SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and more. And most of all, it's free.

Can I Use HiNOTE for Client Communication?
Yes. Many professionals use HiNOTE for client updates, thank-yous, invitations, follow-ups, and personalized outreach.
Can I add my logo to a HiNOTE?
Not yet. We hope to have this functionality soon!

My HiNOTE Won't Send — What Should I Do?
Check your internet, restart the app, or update to the latest version. These steps resolve most sending issues.
How Do I Update the HiNOTE App?
Go to the App Store → Search HiNOTE → Tap Update if available. Keeping the app current ensures best performance.
Why Can't I Upload My Photo?
This may happen if HiNOTE doesn't have photo access. Go to Settings → Apps → HiNOTE → Photos and enable access.
How Do I Contact HiNOTE Support?
